Gareth was very helpful and not at all patronising even though the error was mine and the job non existent! He also gave me some sound advice re necessary safety checks on my electricity supply. Hopefully I will be able to contract him to do those checks in the near future. Thanks.

Very impressed by the service offered by Gareth. Problem diagnosed and solution costed on 1st visit and arrived on time for 2nd visit to complete the work. Works undertaken to our complete satisfaction and tidied up after. Gareth was professional and polite at all tomes and would not hesitate to use him again.

Gareth has just completed wiring in a small outside toilet / washroom involving new lighting, a dishwasher, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail. The last three items were sprung on him at no notice, but working with a builder and plumber, caused him no trouble whatsoever. He was the epitome of calm and helpful professionalism. He had done other work previously to this in our house and garage and was very punctual and reliable. He sorted out a complicated electrical problem that had troubled us for several years. I would highly recommend him and would be most happy to have him return for any other electrical work.

Gareth has installed an electric storage heater for me in the past and recently returned to install a shower. Quick to reply and come out to do the job. All undertaken with covid friendly procedures. Really nice and respectful person, who offers a good service at reasonable rates.. Works neatly and felt very comfortable with him in my home.. Nothing too much trouble and has a calm nature. Highly recommend.

Gareth has carried out the electrical works for our extension and has been absolutely superb throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble and has been flexible with our requirements. He has come up with solutions and options meaning that we had as little disruption as possible. Gareth provided a fantastic service. We had electricity and internet connection wired to our summer house (including light fittings, LED strips inside and outside and sockets, along with a heater panel). We also had our single kitchen bulb replaced with downlights - what a difference it makes in the appearance of the kitchen - and other extra lights fitted. From the start until the finish we received a very good professional service - he was punctual, friendly and was working very neat and tidy at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the services, I would 100% recommend GP Property services.

He is clearly a highly competent electrician in whom I have complete trust including his ability to supply and fit suitable equipment at a reasonable price.
